I’m probably boring you all now with how lovely my friends and family have been during lockdown, but it continues to amaze me. The latest act of generosity was this gorgeous box of chocolate from my friend Z, via Cocoa Runners – a website that offers chocolate gifts and subscription boxes, specialising in small batches of single estate chocolate (which also means the growers get a fair deal). Bonus: the chocolate is delicious. I haven’t eaten it all yet – get me, having some restraint – but what I have tasted has been amazing, especially the Madagascan vanilla Menakao bar, which I virtually inhaled, it was so tasty.

Oh yeah I did that at the weekend. Now onto the fancy stuff! (Then back to the cheaper stuff, no doubt.) Though I watched a TV show last night where they were eating cheesecake and suddenly became obsessed with the idea of a slice of cheesecake. Even your sub-par Baileys (or is it?) cheesecake from our night out…
