One of my oldest friends and most favourite people was in town yesterday, so we celebrated with much wine and catching up. Dinner was at Sabatini on the Quayside, which I have been meaning to try – alas, we had such a big lunch that I could barely manage more than some shared starters and salad, but my friend enjoyed his pasta, the service was friendly and even on a busy Saturday night it felt quite a chill place to be, so will definitely return…
