Another night, another show – this time back at Alphabetti to see a piece I heard great things about when it premiered in South Shields earlier this year, Isolation.
Obviously a show not only about young people but also written by one was bound to make me feel about 110 – especially given my current mood – but I forgave them their damnably precocious talent because it’s an enormously entertaining show. The plot isn’t particularly ground-breaking, but the dialogue is sharp and funny and the performances slick and engaging. (Also, it’s only an hour long, and you know I like that.)
It runs till Friday and is pay what you feel, so is definitely worth catching. (Link here to full review).
